Dr. Khalifa al-Humaida, Professor of Law at Kuwait University, gave a lecture titled, “Human Rights in the Constitution of Kuwait”. The lecture focused on the equal and inalienable rights and guarantees in the Constitution of the State of Kuwait, and compares it with those written in the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948.
