Dr. Amer Jaafar is a Kuwaiti musician and Maestro. He is holding a PhD degree in music composition from the United States. His name has emerged through his music for television dramas, including the local Kuwaiti series such as Zaman al-Iskafi, Dalag Suhail, the Scorpion, and other famous Kuwaiti series.
