The Kuwait and Italian flags flutter together above the entrance of the Scuderie Del Quirinale, the museum that will host the al-Fann: Art from the Islamic Civilization from the al-Sabah Collection exhibition in the Italian capital Rome. Representatives from both Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah and the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters have been invited by their Italian counterparts to the opening reception in an effort to continue to strengthen cultural ties between the two countries. The exhibition is under the patronage of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and His Excellency the Minister of Information, and the Head of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters, Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah.
The exhibition will ran from July 24 – September 20 2015.
