Dr. Barbara Boehm, curator in the Department of Medieval Art and The Cloisters at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Presented a lecture titled, “Jerusalem: Art and the Holy City, 1000-1400” at the Amricani Cultural Centre.
Her lecture focused on the vital role that the holy city played in the creation of medieval works of art, and the role of the key patrons in shaping the city.
