On December 7th 2014, the State Hermitage Museum will begin celebrating its 250th Anniversary, and their General Director Professor Mikhail Piotrovsky has invited Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah’s Director General Sheikha Hussah Sabah al-Salem al-Sabah, Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters (NCCAL) Mr. Ali al-Yoha, and the Undersecretary for Islamic Culture at the NCCAL Mr. Abdulkarim al-Ghadban to partake in the celebration.
